There is no easy painless way thru life.
Detours on the road of life can take you in positive, new directions.
When the unexpected happens, your equilibrium is knocked off balance and you
may feel that life will never be the same again. Death of a loved one is the
among the most painful of losses. Other life events such as a divorce, loss
of a job or a long distance move can also evoke symptoms of grief and
